摘 要:通过特殊工艺方法制备出了分散性好,粘度低,贮存稳定的纳米二氧化钛水性浓缩浆。透射电镜(TEM)观察到浓缩浆中纳米二氧化钛基本上是以单个粒子形式存在。XRD结果表明了浓缩浆中的二氧化钛仍然保持原来的晶型,没有引入其它杂质。红外图谱证明了分散剂在纳米二氧化钛表面形成了牢固的化学吸附,以此产生电斥力和空间位阻效应,使纳米二氧化钛在分散体系中处于稳定的悬浮状态。Nano-TiO2 concentrated slurries with low viscosity were prepared by special processes that could be well dispersed and reserved stably. The TiO2 powders in the concentrated slurries mainly existed in the state of single particles according to the TEM observation. XRD patterns indicated that the TiO2 still kept original crystal type and didn't bring impurities into the nano-TiO2 concentrate slurries. FTIR proved that the dispersant tightly adsorbed at the surface of nano-TiO2 by chemisorption, and induced the nano-particle to keep stable in the aqueous dispersion due to the electric repulsion force and steric effect.
