摘　　要：李中梓所著《医宗必读》为一部汇集医理、药学、方书、证候诊治与病案的医学著作。李氏在学术上继承张元素、李杲、张介宾等易水学派诸家思想,师取众长,持论公允,不偏不倚,明确提出“肾为先天本”、“脾为后天本”和“气血俱要,补气在补血之先”、“阴阳并需,而养阳在养阴之上”等论断,对于调治老年性疾病有较高的学术价值。Required Readings for Medical Professions written by Li Zhongzi is a medical works collecting medicine,pharmacy,prescriptions,syndrome diagnosis and treatment and medical records.He inherited the academic thought of Zhang Yuansu,Li Gao and held the just thesis.He stated that the kidney is the origin of congenmital constitution while the spleen provides the material basis of the acquired constitution.Both qi and blood are impotent,but supplementing qi is prior to supplementing blood.Both yin and yang are required,but nourishing yin is more important than nouishing yang.These thesis had higher academic value for treating the senile diseases.
