摘  要:目的:研究黄精活性部位粗多糖的滋阴作用及其对阴虚模型小鼠的抗氧化作用的影响。方法:用黄精粗多糖对温热药致阴虚模型小鼠进行实验,用药共30 d,设空白对照组,模型组,黄精粗多糖大、中、小剂量组,并用六味地黄丸作阳性对照。结果:黄精粗多糖能明显提高阴虚模型小鼠的体重增长率及痛阈(P<0.05),能显著升高其血浆中SOD活力、肝匀浆中GSH-PX活力,并降低其肝匀浆中MDA含量(P<0.01)。结论:黄精粗多糖有明显的滋阴作用,通过对阴虚模型小鼠抗氧化作用的改善而延缓衰老。Objective:To research the yin-nourishing function of polysaccharide at the active spot and its influence on the yin-de-ficient model mouse's anti-oxidation.Methods:The yin-deficient model mouse caused by drugs with warm natrue were experimented upon with Huangjing polysaccharide for 30days.Fourgroups were set:the comparison group,the model group,the big dose,middle dose,and small dose of Huangjing polysaccharide group,Liuwei Dihuang Pill being the masculine comparison.Results:Huangjing polysaccharide can obviously enhance the yin-deficient model mouse's weight growth rate and threshold pain(P〈0.05),can remarkably elevate the SOD vigor of its blood plasma,the GSH-PS vigor of the liver homogenate,and reduce the MDA content of the liver homogenate (P〈0.01).Conclusion:Huangjing polysaccharide has the obvious yin-nourishing function,and it can further delay the senility through improving the anti-oxidation of the yin-deficient model mouse.
