摘 要:DSD酸生产废水处理工艺改造为“电解—中和沉淀—折流板厌氧反应—接触氧化—沉淀—化学氧化”后,出水COD、色度分别低于500 mg/L和400倍,处理成本为4.94元/m3水和0.66元/kg COD,经济性适中。电解反应后,废水中大部分生物易降解的有机物可在厌氧阶段被有效地氧化分解,后续好氧阶段接纳的有机物主要为生物难降解的且浓度较高,COD、色度去除率不大;进一步的有机物去除可采用化学氧化法。When the treating technology of DSD acid production wastewater was transformed into "Electrolysis-Neutralization sedimentation-- Anaerobic baffled reaction-- Contact oxidation-Sedimentation-- Chemical oxidation",COD and colors of the outflow were below 500 mg/L and 400 times lower, respectively. The treatment cost was 4.94 Yuan/m^3 water and 0. 66 Yuan/kg COD,so it is economical. After electrolysis reaction, most biodegradable organics could be oxidized and decomposed at the anaerobic stage. Organics accepted by the following aerobic stage are mostly bio-undergradable and have high concentration, and the removal efficiency of COD and colors was low; chemical oxidation method might be further used to remove these organics.
