肾病综合征患者血清sCD40L与血脂水平相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨肾病综合征(N S)患者血清可溶性CD 40配体(sCD 40L)水平与血脂、血浆白蛋白、24小时尿蛋白定量水平等各项指标的关系。方法40例肾病综合征患者及20例健康对照者血清sCD 40L水平用酶联免疫吸附法检测,血脂等其余各项指标由本院检验科检测。结果N S组患者血清中sCD 40L水平[(4.0048±2.56013)μg/L]明显高于健康对照组[(1.36±0.95)μg/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。N S组患者血清sCD 40L水平与血浆低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平相关(r=0.386,P=0.014);与总胆固醇水平相关(r=0.48,P=0.002);与血浆甘油三脂、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血浆白蛋白水平、24小时尿蛋白定量无明显相关性。结论肾病综合征患者血清sCD 40L水平的增高与血浆低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平及总胆固醇水平的明显相关性提示肾脏炎症反应明显。Objective To investigate the correlation of serum level of soluble CD40L（sCD40L） in patient with Nephrotic Syndrome with the indexs representing hyperlipemia and plasma-albumin and urine proteinin in 24 hours. Methods Serum sCD40L was determined by ELISA in 40 patients with NS and also 20 health control, and the other index was determined by the clinical lab of Westehina Hospital, Results The level of sCD40L in the patients serum increased significantly. （4. 0048 ±2. 56013 vas 1.36 ±0. 95 μg/L,P 〈0. 005）. A significant correlation were observed between serum sCD40L and low density lipoprotein cholesterol and cholesterol total. Conclusions The significant increase of Serum level of sCD40L and the correlation between serum sCD40L and low density lipoprotein cholesterol and cholesterol total in NS patient suggest that there are obvious inflammations in kidney.
