黑龙江省农村贫困地区农民的脆弱性风险及对策

摘　　要：农村贫困地区农民在与市场风险较量过程中,自身的脆弱性难以抵御市场风险的冲击,极易引发脆弱性风险。市场风险所引发的脆弱性风险主要表现为:当市场上某种农产品价格上涨到高点时,农村贫困地区农民才开始增加这种农产品的生产,错过了涨价过程中的收益。但是当该产品价格下跌时,由于信息的闭塞性,贫困地区农民并不知情,仍然继续加大生产。Peasants of poverty-stricken area of countryside are in the course of haggling with market risk, and their own fragility is difficult to resist the impact of the market risk, so it is extremely apt to cause the fragility risk. The fragility risk that the market risk causes is shown as follows ： When the price of a certain agricultural product goes up to the culmination on the market, peasants of poverty-stricken area of countryside begin to increase the production of this kind of agricultural product, missing the income that rises in price in the course.
