摘  要:目的:探讨游泳水中抚触对婴儿生长发育的影响。方法:将自然分娩的足月正常新生儿200例,按出生顺序分为实验组和对照组,每组100例。对实验组的新生儿出生后6小时~42天连续游泳,1次/天,15分钟/次,对照组单纯每天沐浴。观察两组新生儿,出生2天、4天的睡眠质量,观察两组婴儿出生时体重、身长;42天体重、身长增长情况。两组均采用首都儿童研究所0~3岁小儿神经发育检查表评分方法,对42天的婴儿进行了神经行为发育测查。结果:实验组的新生儿睡眠时间延长,有规律优于对照组(P<0.05);在42天两组婴儿体重、身长,差异也有显著性(P<0.05)。行为神经(大运动,精细动作,适应能力,语言情绪、社交行为)五大区得分实验组均高于对照组P<0.05,P<0.01。结论:游泳水中抚触可促进婴儿生长和大脑神经发育。Objective: To explore the effect of touching in swimming water on baby's growth and development. Methods; 200 healthy babies of full term natural delivery were divided into two groups, experimental group and control group, according to the time of delivery, 100 babies each troup. The babies in experimental group received 15 minutes swimming training everyday from 6 hour to 42 days after delivery. Babies in control group only received bathing everyday. Sleeping quality was observed at day 2 and day 4 after being born. Body weight and body height were observed at days 4 and 42 respectively. Neurological behavior development were evaluated at day 42 using "the 0 - 3 years baby neurological development measuring scale", which formulated by the Results; In day 42, the sleeping time was longer and the sleeping was more rhythmic in experimental group compared to control group( P 〈 0.05 ). The Body weight and body height development in experimental group were also superior to control group(p 〈 0.05 ). Furthermore, the score of neurological behavior, including big action subtle action, adaptability, language, emotion and social behavior were higher in experimental group than in control group(p 〈 0. 05 and p 〈 0. 01, respectively ). Conclusion: water touching in swimming water can promote growth and brain development in baby.
