摘　　要：随着医院信息系统在军队和武警医院的全面推广应用,军队和武警医院的业务需求已从满足医院的管理需要转向满足医院临床需求上来,迫切需要建立医院的临床信息系统。为此,全军卫生系统在“十五”期间,专门设立重点工程型号课题-临床信息系统,目标是研发临床信息系统,并在军队和武警医院推广和应用。经过近5年的努力,临床信息系统的研发已基本完成,军队和武警的一些信息化示范医院已初步应用了临床信息系统,提高了医院医护人员的工作效率,减少了医疗差错。With the application of hospital information system in military and armed police hospitals, the aim of system has change from management to clinic which needs hospitals to develop and apply the Clinical Information System （CIS） urgently. Consequently, during the period of ＂tenth five years＂, Health Department of General Logistics Department set up key engineering model task - - - CIS, the aim of which is developing and applying CIS in military and armed police hospitals. With efforts for five years, CIS has been finished and basically applied in some military and armed police hospital. The application of CIS improves the efficiency and reduces medical accident.
