摘　　要：当今护理学科的工作对象从单纯为病人扩大到社会人群;工作性质从针对疾病护理延伸到病人全身心整体护理;工作范围从临床护理发展到康复和健康、亚健康保健。然而,因医院设施繁琐、就医程序复杂、重效益等不良现象,致使服务态度恶劣、疏忽大意而导致的医疗事故颇多,护患之间矛盾频生,种种原因均与质量管理及人文建设密切相关。因此,倡导人文护理精神意义重大。At present the object of the nursing discipline has extended from pure patients to social crowd, the property extended from diseases nursing to the whole nursing of body and mental of patients, scope developed from clinical nursing to health care of illness and health. However, in hospital medical accident often happens such as vulgar service attitude, the neglect of nurse and so on which caused by some reasons including complexity process, emphasis on benefit and etc. These reasons are connect with quality management and humanity construction. So sparkplugging humanity nursing spirits means great.
