中药调衡Ⅰ、Ⅱ号方对H_(22)荷瘤小鼠癌组织DNA倍体影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨中药调衡Ⅰ、Ⅱ号方对小鼠肝癌（H22）DNA倍体的变化影响。方法：应用计算机图像分析技术测定小鼠（H22）肝癌细胞核DNA倍体的变化。结果：调衡Ⅰ、Ⅱ号各剂量组的DNA平均倍体值升高（P〈0.05-0.01）），即DNA异多倍体的值降低。地论：调衡Ⅰ、Ⅱ号方可降低小鼠H22癌细胞核的异多倍体，使荷瘤、机体的预后较好。Objective：Explore the effect of TiaoHeng Ⅰ、Ⅱ on DNA ploidy of cancerous tissue of H22 tumor - bearing mice. Methods： The DNA ploidy of eaneeroustissue of H22 tumor - bearing mice with computer - assisted image analysis was determined. Results： Tile mean lowering the value of DNA ploidy of every Tiaoheng Ⅰ、Ⅱgroup was elevated （P〈 0. 05 - 0, 01 ） ,which mean lower the abnormal polyploidy. Conclusion： Tiao heng Ⅰ、Ⅱ may lower the abnormal polyploidy of H22 cancerous nucleus with favourable prognosis of tumor - beating organism.
