摘  要:应用具有89个标记位点的F_2群体的RFLP图谱,对控制水稻株高及其构成因素的数量性状基因座位(QTL)进行定位等研究.共定位了32个QTLs,其中涉及株高的有7个、穗长有3个、第一节间长有2个、第二节间长和第三节间长各3个、第四节间长有6个、节间数和第一节间干重各有4个.分别位于第1、2、3、4、5、8、12染色体的7个QTLs对株高的联合贡献率高达79%.此外,估算了每个QTL的贡献率、加性与显性效应值.Based on a RFLP map with 89 marker loei constructed from an F2 population, QTLs for plant height and its components have been identified and mapped. Thirty two QTLs were detected, 7 for plant height (PH), 3 for the length of panicle (LP), 2 for the length of first internode (LFN) , 3, each for the length of second internode (LSN) and the length of third internode (LTN) , 6 for the length of fourth internode (LFON) , 4 each for the No. of internode (NON) and the dry weigth of the first internode (DWFN). Seven QTLs for PH were located on chromosome l, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8 and 12 respectively that collectively contributed 79% of the ob-served phenotypic variation. In addition, the % variation explained, additive effects and domi-nance effects for all QTLs detected were analyzed.
