摘 要:本研究通过三体株的自交以及作父、母本与陆地棉遗传标准系TM—1杂交确定三体额外染色体雌雄配子的传递率.结果表明,在我们鉴定出的5个三体中,Ftr—3不能通过雌配子传递,其它4个三体通过雌配子的传递率从6.67%到34.80%.Ftr—4,Ftr—5还可通过花粉传递,传递率分别为 6.06%和14.82%.在Ftr—4,Ftr—5三体株自交后代首次分离出2个陆地棉四体,并对其形态和细胞遗传学做了报道.In the paper, the transmission of the extra chromosome for five trisomes iden-tified in our labortary is presented by analysing the progenies of their self- and reciprocally cross-ing-pollination with TM-1, a genetic Standard line in Upland cotton. It is shown that Ftr-3 fails to produce any trisomic progeny, and the transmission rates of the other four trisomics through female gamete vary from 6. 67% to 34. 80% among our 5 trisomes. Both Ftr-4 and Ftr-5 can be transmited through male gametes with the rates of 6. 06% and 14. 82% respec-tively. Two tetrasomes in Upland cotton have been identified for the first time in the progenies of self-pollination of these two trisomic plants. Tetrasomic morphologies and cytogenetic studies were also reported in the paper.
