摘  要:冗余容错控制的关键在于故障的诊断。该文通过仿真和实验,对无输出隔离变压器的逆变器并联系统功率管开路故障诊断进行了研究。以半桥逆变器为例,分析了逆变器并联系统在功率管开路故障下的等效电路和故障表现形式,提出了几种故障识别方案。通过检测并联系统各模块电感电流,在两台并联实验样机上实现了故障识别和故障模块的在线切除,验证了方案的可行性。该方案简单,适合于任意数量逆变器并联模块。Fault self-diagnosis capability is the key element in the redundant and fault-tolerant control. Through simulation and experiment, this paper studied the open-circuit fault diagnosis of the power switches in the inverter paralleling system. Using half-bridge inverter as an example, the behavior patterns were analyzed for a faulted paralleling inverter system with power switches in open circuit. The equivalent output circuit of the fault paralleling system was established. Several open-circuit fault diagnosis methods were then proposed. Fault diagnosis and hot removal were realized in a two-inverter paralleling prototype by measuring the inductor current of each module. This fault diagnostic method is simple to use, and suitable for inverter paralleling system with arbitrary quantities of modules.
