摘  要:首例以油菜杂合型不育株204A(Msmsrfrf)与恢复系83248(msmsRfRf)为材料,通过杂交、自交、兄妹交,成功地转育成纯合两型系48AB(1MsMsrfrf:1MsMsRfrf).该方法具有技术简便、见效快的特点,是目前想获得纯合两型系而只有杂合两型系(Msmsrfrf×msmsrfrf)的育种者可借鉴的一种快捷方法。The homozygous two-type line is the GMS basis in the three-line method to produce hybrid rapeseed. However, most of the dominant GMS plants found in nature are heterozyous genotypes which could be only used in the two-line method for hybrid rapeseed production. In the two line method,all fertile plants in heterozygous two-type line (IMsmsrfrf ×lmsmsrfrf) must be isolated for producing F, hybrid seeds. In the three line method .the F1hybrid seeds can be produced by crossing full sterile line with restorer line. So,the three line method is more effective, reliable and simple. The related documents showed that several ways to breed homozygous two-type rapeseed line had been used. But by those methods,it is difficult to breed homozygous two-type line, especially double low homozygous two-type line. This paper first reports that double low homozygous two-type line '48AB'(lMsMsrfrf× lMsMsRfrf) has been bred by crossing the heterozygous sterile plallt 204A (Msmsrfrf)with the restorer. line 83248 (msmsRfRf) and then by selfing and sib-mating.The procedure of breeding homozygous two-type line is very simple,quick and effective.
