摘  要:接种根际联合固氮菌对水稻分蘖的发生发展与成穗率均有良好的促进作用。植株干重与结实率也优于对照,稻谷标准产量与生物量均比对照增加,尤其用遗传工程技术构建的EH1113和NGH111菌株接种的增长量,均达显著水平及极显著水平。The rice-diazotroph association was capable of improving agriculture vianitrogen fixation. Associative diazotrophs Enterobacter cloacae and Klebsiella oxytoca were isolated from rice root and improved by using molecular genetic techniques to express high. efficiency of nitrogen fixation in the presence of ammonium. Rice seedlings were inoculated respectively with 6 strains of associative diazotrophs by immersing rice roots. They were E. cloocae E26 (wild type), E2.613 (nifAc), EHlll3 (nifAc hup ), and K. oxytca NG13 (wildtype), NG 1390 (nifAc), NGH111 (nigAc hup). Diazotroph-rice association appeared to have a significant stimulation effect on the initiation and development of association appeared to have a significant stimulation effect on the initiation and development of rice tillers and the ratio of ears to tillers of rice. In comparison with control,the inoculation with the associative diazotrophs showed positive effect on plan4 dry weight and seed setting rate,and obviously increased biomass and standard grain yield of rice. Especially the increments for-the rice plants inoculated with genetically engineered diazotrophs EH1113 and NGH111 attained significant level and extremely significant level,respectively.
