摘　　要：报道了测定醋酸泼尼松的一种新方法 .在 0 .0 1mol/LHCl溶液中 ,醋酸泼尼松产生一灵敏的吸附还原波 ,峰电位在 - 0 .77V (vs.SCE) .峰电流与醋酸泼尼松的浓度在 0 .0 1～ 0 .5μg/mL范围内成直线关系 .这一方法用于测定片剂中的醋酸泼尼松的含量 。A new method for determination of Prednisoni Acetas is provided. In 0.01 mol/L HCl solution, Prednisoni Acetas produces a very sensitive absorptive reduction peak. The peak potential of the wave is -0.77V (vs. SCE). The relation between the peak current and concentration of prednisoni acetas is linear in the range of 0.01～0.5μg/mL. This method has been used in the determination of Prednisoni Acetas content in Tabellae Prednisoni Acetatis with satisfactory results.
