摘　　要：新法的一个重大改变就是一方面在进行合理的结算和破产清偿．另一方面尽力去挽救濒临破产企业。According to comments from legislators, the significant change of the insolvency law lies in its fulfillment of the common commitment among international insolvency laws. It emphasizes reasonable settlement of accounts and bankruptcy liquidation on the one hand, and utmost effort to rescue on-the-brink business on the other, especially those with considerable social influence.
