摘　　要：改革要“三管齐下”:一可以适量引进战略投资者,二可以开放民营银行。A critical year for Chinese banking industry, the year past saw ever fiercer disputes over the paths bank reform should take. Though a majority of experts are inclined to agree that 'attraction of foreign fund is beneficial for the optimization of the structure of bank property rights and is an effective way to reform', the public are still cynical about whether investment, redemption, sale of equity to foreign fund can essentially revitalize Chinese bank. To answer this question, legal person gave a special interview with Chen Ping, professor of Chinese economy research center of Peking University.
