摘　　要：关于贫困的研究,学术界主要是从公平、伦理、道德等角度进行的。从“贫困人口的存在构成了对经济增长的制约”这一角度出发,进行较系统的探讨。About the study of poverty, the scientific and learned circles have concentrated their researches on the equitable , the ethics , the moral and so on . But this article will inquire systematically into that the existence of poor forms restriction to the economic growth.
