摘　　要：依据系统工程和相关管理原理,对西点军校培训系统进行了研究,从不同侧面构建了多个分析模型,为全面、准确地了解西点军校改革的思路和过程,并为我军军校建设与发展带来启发和借鉴,提供了一条有效的途径。According to system engineering and the related management principles, the research on training system of West Point is presenied. A few analysis models from different angles is constructed , It provides an effective path to know the thinking and process of West Point Reformation completely and accurately and it also enlightens our military university construction and development.
