川芎嗪和764－3对成纤维细胞Ⅰ、Ⅲ型前胶原mRNA表达的影响

摘　　要：川芎嗪和７６４－３均有抑制纤维化的作用。本工作观察了川芎嗪和７６４－３对体外培养的成纤维细胞Ⅰ、Ⅲ型前胶原ｍＲＮＡ表达的影响结果表明，加入川芎嗪（终浓度３０μｇ／ｍｌ）２４ｈ对Ｉ、Ⅲ型前胶原ｍＲＮＡ表达均有明显抑制作用；加入７６４－３（终浓度为１５μｇ／ｍｌ）２４ｈ对Ⅲ型前胶原ｍＲＮＡ表达无明显作用，对Ｉ型前胶原ｍＲ－ＮＡ表达非但不抑制反而有明显促进作用。作者对７６４－３这种作用的可能原因做了初步讨论。The effect of ligustrazine and 764-3 on type I and type Ⅲ collagen mRNA expression incuitured fibroblasts was sttidied.The results showed that ligustrazine at a final concentra-tion of 30μg/ml for 24 hours could inhibit type I and type Ⅲ collagen mRNA expression;764-3 at a final concentration of 15μg/ml for 24 hours conld stimulate type I collagen mR-NA expression,but exerted no effect on type Ⅲ collagen expression.The possible mecha-nism of 764-3 action was discussed.
