摘  要:基于十二烷基磺酸钠存在下,Pb2+能显著地催化NaIO4氧化钙黄绿素(R)的褪色反应,因而提出了一种高灵敏十二烷基磺酸钠活化Pb2+催化NaIO4氧化R测定痕量铅的新方法.铅含量在0.040-2.00μg/L范围内与△A值符合比尔定律,工作曲线的回归方程为ΔA=0.01122+0.04528 C Pb2+(μg/L),相关系数为r=0.9970,检出限为3.7×10-11g/mL.该方法准确、灵敏、操作简便,选择性好,成功用于水样及发样中的铅含量的测定.A new sensitive catalytic spectrophotometry method for the determination of trace lead was established based on lead can catalyze the discoloration reaction of sodium periodate oxidizing calcein notability in the presence of sodium dodecanesulphonate. In the range of 0.040 -2.00μg/L, the relationship between the concentration of Pb^2+ and △A obeys the Beer's law with a detection limit of 3.7×10^-11g/mL ,the regression equation of working curve is △A = 0.01122 + 0.04528 CPb2+ (μg/L), and r=0.9970. This exact, sensitive, convenient and variable method has been applied to the determination of trace Pb^2+ in water and human hair samples with satisfactory results.
