首乌组方对动脉平滑肌细胞增殖的抑制作用

摘　　要：用牛主动脉平滑肌细胞为模型,结晶紫染色分光光度比色法对首乌组方进行研究,发现其对牛主动脉平滑肌细胞的增殖有显著的抑制作用,其单味药的抑制作用强弱不等,但均低于组方。临床应用的胶囊制型作用与水煎剂相等。提示首乌组方抗动脉粥样硬化的作用机理之一,可能是抑制平滑肌细胞增殖。The results of crystal violet spectrophotometry indicated that Polygonum Multiflorum compound inhibited the proliferation of bovine aortic smooth muscle cells significantly.Individual com- ponents were different from each other in their effects,but were all weaker than that of the com- pound.The capsula and the decoct of Polygonum Multiflorum compound had the same affection.The Polygonum Multiflorum owts its anti-atherosclerotic action to inhibition of aortic smooth muscle cell prolifertion.
