糖醛酸合成方法的研究进展

摘　　要：目前糖醛酸的合成主要是以单糖为原料氧化而得。分别就糖醛酸的几种常用合成方法进行了介绍,即直接将羟甲基氧化成羧基的一步法和先将羟甲基氧化成甲酰基、再氧化成羧基的两步法。并分别讨论了几种方法的优缺点、催化剂的选择及其适用的反应条件。Uronic acid can be synthesized by oxidation of monosaccharide. Several methods applied widely for synthesizing uronic acid are introduced, such as methods of one-step process and two-step process. The method of directly oxidizing the hydroxymethyl to carboxylic group is named one-step process. And the method which is firstly oxidizing hydroxymethyl to formacyl and secondly oxidizing formacyl to carboxylic group arc called two-step process. Meanwhile, the advantage and shortcoming of the methods, and selection of catalyst and the appropriate reaction condition of the methods are discussed.
