摘  要:介绍了连续变位加热加压积累形变缩径的基本原理,分析了待修缸体的变形机理和内部组织变化特点,确定了变形所需的最小压力、最佳比功率和加热时间,导出了施感导体、液压机工作台的运动速度与待修缸体内径收据量之间的关系式。The basic mechanism of contracting inter-diameter by heating and pressuringon continuously varing position is described, the deformation mechanism of the cylinderto be repaired and characteristics of the interstructure changing of the cylinder are ana-lysed, and the minimum pressure the most suitable heating power by induce and heatingperiod that deformation need are confirmed, The relative equations between moving ratesof the inductor and the workbench of liquid pressure machine and the contraction of thecylinder to be repaired are also found out.
