摘  要:通过试验,对铸铁在烧碱中的腐蚀行为做了系统的研究。铸铁的金相组织对其耐碱蚀性能有很大的影响,珠光体基体的耐蚀性最好,基体内的硬质相(磷共晶)在全面腐蚀中能提高耐蚀性,而在应力腐蚀中则相反。石墨形态对铸铁在烧碱中的全面腐蚀性能无明显影响,在应力腐蚀条件下它常成为裂纹源。铸铁-烧碱体系钝化时,维钝电流大小可预测铸钦的全面腐蚀性能。试验证明:慢应变速率技术(SSRT)是研究铸铁应力腐蚀的有效方法。The corrosion behavior of cast irons in caustic soda is investigated by meansof the corrosion tests. The results show that the metallographic structure influences thecorrosion resistance obviously.The cast iron with pearlite matrix is the best.The hardphase (phosphide eutectic) in the matrix can improve the general corrosion resistancebut decrease the stress corrosion resistance. And the influences of graphit morphology onthe general corrosion resistance are not obvious. While the coarse flaky graphit acceleratesstress corrosion due to its being crack source,the uniform fine flaky and vermicular gra-phits are useful in improving the stress corrosion resistance. According fo the value ofmaintain passivity current the general corrosion resistance of cast irons can be predicted.If has been proved that the slow strain rate technology (SSRT) is an effective methodfor studying the stress corrosion of cast irons.
