摘 要:迄今为止喷射无机纤维防火护层材料就早已在欧美地区广泛使用,但该类材料在我国的应用却为空白。本文阐述了喷射无机纤维防火护层材料的组成、发展历史、材料的特点、应用现状和试验标准,讨论了喷射无机纤维防火护层材料在火灾中的喷射无机纤维变化过程,揭示了喷射无机纤维防火护层材料的防火保护机理与隔热原理。由于无机纤维的“钉杂”作用、材料的“冷却技术”、混杂材料的“壁面效应”等作用使得无机纤维防火护层材料具有特殊的防火特点,并提出了喷射无机纤维防火护层材料的发展方向与建议。So far, sprayed fire-resistive material (SFRM) had been abroad application of undeveloped. used in western lands or regions, but the this material in our homeland still was in this paper, the composing, development status, characteristic, application and test criterion of sprayed fire-resistant material was set forth; the change stages of sprayed fire-resistant material in case of fire was discussed; and the fire-resistive and heat-insulated mechanism of sprayed fire-resistant material was recommended. The "reinforcing bar"effect of inorganic fiber, the "cooling technology" of material and the "wall" effect made the sprayed fire-resistant material have the specific fire-resistive and heat insulated characteristic. Lastly, the development trend and advice in research works of the sprayed fiber material were brought forward.
