基于社会资本理论的西部地区项目投资环境风险研究

摘　　要：大力吸引项目投资是解决西部地区缺少资金支持从而促进西部大开发的重要途径,而投资者往往因为投资环境风险踌躇不前。为优化投资环境,降低投资者风险戒备心理,本文从社会资本理论这一新视角对西部地区项目投资环境风险从信任、连节点以及网络结构三个方面展开分析,研究结果认为区域集体社会资本能力强弱是西部项目投资环境风险的关键所在,进而从认知性社会资本和结构性社会资本两个方面提出四项应对相应风险的策略建议。这对降低西部地区项目投资环境风险具有一定的现实指导意义。To attract project investment is the solution to the problem of lacking fund support in Western Areas and is the impeller of Go - West Campaign. Yet the investors often jib at it because of the environment risk. In order to optimize the investment environment and reduce the investor＇s risk alert psychology, this paper analyzes the project investment environment risks in Western Areas from three aspects （credit, linkage point, net structure） based on the social capital theory. The result shows that the capacity of Collective Social Capital is the crux of investment environment risks. Then the author advances four countermeasures to improve investment environment from two aspects： cognitive and structural social investment, which has the certain reality guiding sense for reducing the risks.
