西部欠发达地区实施新型工业化发展战略对策研究

摘　　要：通过对西部欠发达地区工业化的实证分析,说明这些地区要实现跨越式发展,实施新型工业化发展战略是必然选择。实施新型工业化发展战略就要调整所有制结构,构建产业创新体系,变资源导向型战略为市场导向型战略,推动产业结构动态升级,加快城市化进程,解决资金筹措等问题。Through a case study of the industrialization of the under- developed areas of west China, the authors conclude that the great - leap development there must rely on the strategies of new industrial development, which include the changes of the system of ownership, the establishment of the new system of industrial innovation, the transfer from a resource - orientation strategy to a market - orientation strategy, a dynamic up- grading of the industrial structure, the quickened steps of urbanization and the practical measures for raising funds.
