摘 要:建立了恒流条件下的强制对流翅片管式换热器的结霜模型,并用实验结果验证了模型的可靠性.将结霜模型和风机性能曲线联合起来考虑,在更加切合实际的情况下,模拟了换热器在结霜工况下的热力性能.研究发现,换热器结霜引起了翅片效率、空气流通率及翅片性能的显著降低,同时还伴随着空气侧压力降上升.讨论了改变风机类型、翅片间距以及翅片厚度在内的几种设计参数对结霜性能的影响.A forced convection finned tube exchanger model with constant blast volume was cow structed and its reliability was confirmed by the performance test. Thermal character of the exchanger was simulated during the frost time, considering both the frost model and the fan-coil performance curve under the engineering situation. It is shown that the fin efficiency, air flowrate, and fin performance are significantly decreased while pressure of the air side is increased when frosting occurs at the exchanger. In addition, the effect of several parameters including the type of the blast, the spacing of fins, and the fin thickness on the frost performance was discussed.
