摘　　要：本文结合卫生服务评价理论与方法学以及近年来我国社区卫生服务评价指标体系及相关领域的研究,对社区卫生服务评价指标体系研究方法学进行了总结与探讨。目前我国的社区卫生服务评价指标体系的研究多采用结构-过程-结果评价模式,指标筛选和指标权重系数的确定以Delphi法为主,在主观与客观法的相互结合以及指标的信度和效度检验等方面尚存不足。需加以改进和完善,以期建立更加科学、实用和有效的评价指标体系,促进我国社区卫生持续、健康地发展。Based on the theory and methodology of health service evaluation and the current research situation of the indicator system of community health service （CHS） and relevant fields in China, this paper is aimed to summarize and explore the research methods on indicator system of CHS evaluation, and hence to further perfect and expand the research in this field. Currently, the research model of CHS evaluation is mainly structure - process - outcome model, and Delphi method was mostly applied in indicator screening and weight coefficient confirmation. There is still some deficit in the combination of subjective and objective methods as well as the test of reliability and validity. All these aspects need to be improved so as to establish scientific, objective, practical and effective indicator system and to promote the development of CHS in China.
