摘　　要：目的调查广东省4城区提高社区卫生服务队伍水平情况。方法采用实地调查和深入访谈的方式。结果广东省4城区社区卫生服务队伍建设水平总体较好,但社区技术人员到医院参加业务培训并纳入管理、护士和防保人员接受基础知识培训、每万居民中全科医师的数量等方面有待进一步提高。结论要进一步加强社区卫生服务队伍建设,促使社区卫生服务健康发展。Objective To survey on state of improving community health service （CHS） personnel in four urban district, Guangdong province. Methods The field investigation and in - depth interview were applied. Results Totally the construction of personnel for CHS was good in four urban district of Guangdong Province. However, there were some aspects which should be improved, such as management of medical personnel taking professional training in hospital, foundational knowledge training to nurses and medical preventive workers, and number of general practitioners per ten thousand citizen. Conclusion In community health service, the construction of personnel should be enhanced in order to make CHS developed healthily in the future.
