摘　　要：近年来,随着工业控制系统的不断发展,可编程控制器结合高速现场总线系统应用十分广泛。在宝钢厚板厂双边剪系统中,该技术得到了全新的应用。主要介绍了双边剪的主电机控制,电机与夹送辊的同步控制技术,并根据实际生产情况对系统进行了优化。Nowadays, with the development of industry control system, programmable logic controller （PLC） is widely used with high-speed fieldbus. In the special equipment of baosteel heavy plate mill （HPM）, it is successfully applied. Control system of main motors of trimming shear,and synchronization control between main motors and pinch rolls is introduced, according to actual condition we modified some software to make control system more better.
