摘 要:揭示了江苏省武进县免耕农田土壤动物主要有弹尾目、线虫、蜱螨目、鞘翅目、双翅目、寡毛纲、蜘蛛目及半翅目8大类群,其数量分别受施肥措施,旱田或水田状态及组成土壤动物群落的类群等3个因素影响,同时还受到施肥措施与组成类群之交互作用的影响。各试验田块土壤动物群落间相关性在旱田或水田条件下,各处理间均达显著或极显著水平;而旱田与水田之间的各试验田相关性多不显著。研究结果表明,采用不同施肥及水旱轮作等措施,可以有针对性地使某些土壤动物类群增加或减少。This paper deals with the three factors analysis of the effect on the change of the soil animal number and the correlations between the animal communities. The three factors are FactorA fertilizing measures; FactorB condition of famland (paddy or dry); FactorC groups composing the soil animal community. The results of our present investigation reveal that there are 8 major groups of soil animals present on our experimental exempt ploughing farmland, which are Acariformes, Araneida, collembola, coleoptera, Diptera, Hemiptera, Nematoda and Oligochaeta opisthopora. The individual number of soil animals in farmland is affected not only by the single factor (A B C) but also by the interaction of A* C. The correlations between experimental fields under either dry or paddy conditions are significant, or even extremely so. However, the correlations between dry and paddy fields are mostly insignificant. The results suggest that the number of certain groups of soil animals can be controlled by adopting different measures of fertilizations and rotation method, and that the community composition can be changed by the rotation method.
