摘  要:用气相色谱──红外──质谱三联仪(CGC/IR/MS)研究永登玫瑰精油的化学成分.共分离鉴定了93个化合物,其中28个组分为首次鉴定报道.采用标准谱图计算机检索.36个化合物MS谱得到IR谱验证,15个化合物用标准样对照.比较了永登玫瑰油与保加利亚玫瑰油在组成上的主要差异.The chemical constituents of the essential oil of roses yielded in YongDeng county of Gansu province, were identified, accounting for 98. 12% of total peak area. 28 compounds in it were first reported. IR spectroscopy of 36 compounds accorded with MS as the data were retrieved from MS/IR spectroscopy library, and 15 compounds were identified by comparing them with standard samples. Some major constituent differences between YongDeng roes and Bualgarian roses were found.
