摘　　要：实现中部崛起防止“中部塌陷”,是统筹区域发展新思路对中部地区经济发展提出的新要求,也是我国区域经济发展战略进入新的历史阶段的重要标志。既要充分认识中部地区的优势条件、战略机遇等现实基础和制约因素,又要加快工业化,构建中部城市群经济增长带,拉长产业链条,全面提高对外开放水平与不断优化发展环境。China＇ s central area needs to make full use of its location advantage and the important strategic opportunity. At the same time, the realization of quickening China＇ s central area economy can be ensured by expediting industrialization and urbanization, advancing constructing urban groups, raising the level of opening to the outside world and continuously optimizing the environment of development.
