陕西省培养体育后备人才试点学校现状研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法及数理统计法,对陕西省65所培养体育后备人才试点学校的运动项目布局、运动员、教练员、场地器材、经费等现状进行了分析。结果表明:项目布局不尽合理;运动员水平较低,训练动机多样化;教练员学历、职称较低,科研意识淡薄,选材方法以主观感觉为主;场地器材陈旧落后;训练经费严重短缺;竞赛与奖励体制等方面存在着不足。并提出了相应的合理化建议。By the methods of the literature review, questionnaire investigation, expert interview and mathematical statistics, this article conducts an investigation on 65 pilot schools in Shaanxi Province where sports reserve talents are trained, and analyzes the present situation of the distribution of sports events, trainers, playground, and funds and so on. The results show that the shortcomings of pilot schools in Shaanxi Province are the unreasonable distribution of events, the low levels of the athletes, the diversity of the motivs, the low level of the trainers＇ degrees and qualification, etc.. This article provides the corresponding and reasonable suggestions to solve these problems.
