摘　　要：提出基于3G构建虚拟企业思想,分析了国内外的研究现状和发展趋势,指出了虚拟企业3G移动应用的关键技术,给出了3G虚拟企业移动平台参考模型.The paper presents the thoughts of building virtual enterprise based on the third generation （3G） mobile telecommunication systems, analyzes the research actuality and developing trend, points out the key technologies of virtual enterprise mobile application based on 3G, and gives the mobile platform reference model.
