高校新生入校体检与卫生管理工作的关系探讨

摘　　要：目的通过分析近五年来长沙市高校入校新生健康状况及常见病种分布情况,为高校卫生管理工作提供科学依据。方法根据湖南省疾病预防控制中心门诊部2001年￣2005年高校新生入校体检资料进行分析。结果2001年￣2005年参检高校共42所次,参检新生63984人次,其中男生26660人,女生37324人,男女比例为1:1.4,平均年龄19岁,常见病种为近视48%,沙眼25%,乙型肝炎病毒感染率7.9%,龋齿7.1%。结论高校新生入校体检与高校卫生管理工作有着密不可分的关系,对高校卫生管理工作有着非常重大的指导作用。Objective Analyzing freshmen＇s physical condition and distributed circumstances of common diseases recent 5 years in order to provide scientific foundation for health management of colleges and universities. Methods Analyzing data of physical examination about freshmen in colleges and universities in recent 5 years, all data come from preventive medicine clinic of Hunan CDC（2001-2005）. Results r 63984 freshmen from 42 colleges and universities （male26660 , female 37324 m：f=1：1.4） were taken part in physical examination. The average age is 19. The common diseases are nearsightedness （48%）, trachoma （25%）, the positive rate of Hepatitis B surface antigen （HBsAg） is 7.9%, dental caries （7.1%）. Conclusion freshmen＇s physical examination provides important guiding role for health management of college and universities, there is close relation between both of them.
