摘  要:目的比较瑞氏、姬姆萨、吖啶橙染色法以及PCR法对附红细胞体的检出率,探索比较可靠的检测附红细胞体的方法。方法以瑞氏、姬姆萨、吖啶橙染色法以及PCR法检测附红细胞体病的方法的建立为基础,对20例病例用四种方法进行检测,并比较其检出率。结果瑞氏、姬姆萨、吖啶橙染色法以及PCR法的检出率分别为20%、30%、85%、80%,PCR与三种染色法的符合率分别为35%、50%、95%。结论吖啶橙及PCR法优于瑞氏及姬姆萨氏染色法。The detection rates of the staining methods with Wright, Giemsa and acridine stains were compared in order to search for a reliable method to detect the presence of Eperythrozoon. It was found that the positive rates of these 4 methods of detection in 20 blood specimens of patients with Eperythrozoon disease were 20 %, 30 %, 85 % and 80 % respectively, and the consistency rates of PCR assay with the 3 staining methods were 35 %, 50 % and 95 % respectively, indicating that the acridine staining method and PCR assay were better than Wright and Giemsa staining methods for the detection of Eperythrozoon in clinical specimens.
