摘　　要：目的总结内耳手术围手术期护理经验。方法对216例内耳手术护理进行回顾总结。结果216例内耳手术，眩晕控制率78％，听力得以保存或提高的占65％，有16例出现不同程度的面瘫，5例发生脑脊液耳漏，8例表现出明显的紧张、焦虑等心理。结论内耳手术为无菌手术，术前彻底清洁外耳道；术后卧床休息5～7d；严密观察全脑征；观察有无面神经损伤症状；观察有无脑脊液耳漏等。同时做好心理疏导工作。Objective To summarize the perioperation period nursing experience for the inner ear operation. Methods A retrospective data of nursing experience for 216 cases of inner ear operation between 1980 and 2004 were reviewed. Results In 216 cases with inner ear operation, 78 % （44/56）with vertigo were controled, 65 % had enhabced hearing, 16 cases had postoperative facial palsy, 5 cases had cerebrospinal otorrhea, 8 cases had bad emotion such as anxiety. No serious nursing complications happened. Conclusion The patients＇ external auditory meatus must be cleaned thoroughly before operation. Postoperative bed rest 5-7d good is for patients. It is important to observe whether the patients occurrence the whole brain sign, vertigo, nausea, vomit and injury of facial nerve. It is also necessary to give good guidance in psychological adjustment.
