摘  要:旋风屏蔽抽吸装置能有效地控制漂移有害物的扩散,尤其对近壁污染源有较好的控制抽吸效果.根据流体动力学理论建立了旋风屏蔽作用下的抽吸流场的数学模型;确立了针对这种复杂流场的数值计算方法;分析了相应的边界条件;成功地进行了网格划分.最后使用商业软件F luent模拟计算了该旋转与回流并存的三维复杂流场,计算得到的流场形态和试验结果基本相似,各参数和对应的测量值具有一致的变化趋势.Rotary jet equipment has an effective control on the spreading of floating harmful substance,especially on the close-distance pollution sources. Based on the theory of CFD and with software Fluent, the numerical simulation for this suction flow field controlled by rotary jel was made. The analysis of the boundary conditions and a grid division were carried out. For this complex 3D flow field with rotation and backflow, a numerical method was established. The computative results agree with the experimental one. By comparison it is shown that they have the similar flow field shape, and their parameters have the accordant changing trend.
