摘 要:中高硫煤制备成脱硫型水煤浆能有效的降低燃烧时二氧化硫的排放.为了提高水煤浆的固硫率,试验研究了金属氧化物对水煤浆燃烧固硫的促进作用.结果表明:A l2O3对水煤浆燃烧固硫有明显的促进作用.当w(A l2O3)与w(CaCO3)比为1∶10时,水煤浆固硫率最高.Fe2O3和T iO2可促进固硫反应,提高水煤浆的固硫率.当w(Fe2O3)和w(T iO2)按1∶1同时添加到水煤浆中,具有明显的协同作用,水煤浆固硫率提高约11%.Coals with middle and high sulfur content have been prepared into coal water mixture (CWM) to reduce the SO2 emission. In order to increase the sulfur-fixing efficiency, the role of promotion to sulfur-fixing capability with metallic oxides in CWM combustion was investigated, Experimental results show that the sulfur fixing efficiency can be increased obviously by promotion agents, such as aluminum oxide. The highest sulfur-fixing efficiency is achieved when adding ω (Al2O3) and ω(CaCO3) at a ratio of 1 = 10, The results also show that Fe2O3 and TiO2 can improve sulfur fixation reaction when adding into CWM simultaneously due to their cooperative role. The fixing capability can be increased by 11% when dosage ratio of ω(Fe2O3) to ω(TiO2) was 1 : 1.
