摘 要:哺乳动物肝脏具有极其强大的再生能力,在肝再生的启动及进程中生长因子发挥了重要的作用。肝刺激物(hepatic stimu lator substance,HSS)是一种能特异的在体内外启动并促进肝细胞增殖和肝脏再生的活性物质,近30年来,国内外学者对动物源的HSS及人源肝细胞生成素(hepatopoietin,HPO)作了大量深入的实验研究,但始终未能分离到具生物活性的HSS纯品。在分离纯化HSS的研究过程中,人们发现了肝再生增强因子(augm enter ofliver regeneration,ALR)等具肝再生刺激活性的物质,但它们与最初得到的HSS粗提物在生物活性上仍有差别,近年来,本实验室克隆了一个具有体外促进肝细胞增殖的生长因子,并命名为HPO-X。本文主要结合本研究室的工作对HSS,HPO以及ALR的研究进展以及三者的异同加以综述。The mammalian liver possesses a unique capacity of regeneration in response to a variety of stimuli, and cytokines are thought to play an important role in liver regeneration. Hepatic stimulator substance(HSS) is an organ-specific stimulator of liver growth in vivo and in vitro. Although the physicochemical characteristics and bioactivity of HSS were investigated in the past 30 years, the pure HSS was not produced yet. During many years of searching for HSS, a few of liver growth factors, such as augmenter of liver regeneration( ALR), were discovered, but they are found to be different from HSS on some bioactivity and specificity. The present paper mainly reviews the development and differences of HSS, HPO and ALR.
