摘　　要：文章对轻钢轻板住宅体系研究现状及在上海的实践进行概括,并探讨了在市场经济条件下,轻钢轻板住宅体系的优势及政府、开发商的作用。The article summarizes the status quo of light steel and sheet residential system research and its practices in Shanghai and discusses the function of the advantages of light steel and sheet residential system as well as the function of government and developers under the condition of market economy.
