摘  要:采用熔融法制备了以邻苯二甲酸酐,顺丁烯二酸酐,1,2-丙二醇,一缩二乙二醇(摩尔比为1∶1∶1.76∶0.44)为原料的光活性不饱和聚酯树脂(U PR),对产物进行红外表征,探索其合成条件,得到反应的优化工艺条件.加入适量光引发剂(184,907,605,1173),紫外光照射数秒即可实现固化.研究了树脂固化前后的性能,发现其具有良好的紫外光固化性能.UV-curable unsaturated polyesters were prepared from phthalic anhydride, maleic anhydride, propylene glycol and diethylene glycol (the tool ratio is 1 : 1 : 1.76 : 0.44) by melting method. With the product identified by IR spectra, the conditions of preparing have been studied and the fine technological condition was gained at last. The resin can be cured when proper dosage of photo-initlator (such as 184, 651, 907, 1173) is added in, and can be UV illuminated for several seconds. The properties of UPR resin before and after being cured has been investigated, and the resin shows good UV-curing properties.
