摘  要:目的研究呼吸机外部装置不同时间不同部件病原菌污染情况,以指导不同科室制定呼吸机外部装置消毒灭菌实施细则。方法2001年10个月期间对我院神经内科重症监护病房(NICU)30例呼吸衰竭患者,于连续通气后的24、487、2 h对其呼吸机外部装置进行细菌学检测。结果共采集标本327件,其中193件分离出病原菌,阳性率59.02%,居前5位的病原菌均为G-杆菌。结论NICU呼吸机外部装置随使用时间的延长,病原菌数量显著增加,因此,医疗机构内不同科室应根据本科室收治患者的病种和特征做好调查,并据此制定本科室消毒灭菌实施细则。OBJECTIVE To study the bacterial contamination of the different parts of ventilators' outer devices at different time in order to direct the clinical departments to formulate a detailed rules and regulations of disinfection. METHODS The results of 30 ventilators used for respiratory failure patients in neurological intensive care units (NICU) in our hospital were concluded in this study. Specimens were collected from these ventilators' outer devices at 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours after machinery ventilation, and were tested on bacteriology. RESULTS The number of collecting specimens was 327, from them 193 had pathogens isolated. The detection rate was 59.02%. The first five pathogens of them all belonged to the Gram-negative bacilli. CONCLUSIONS The amount of the pathogens of the outer devices of machinery ventilation is increased remarkably with the time prolonging. Therefore, we considered that the departments in hospital should make background survey according to the characteristics and categories of the patients in their wards, and formulate the detailed rules and regulations of disinfection to control infection.
