摘  要:中国的护理教育开始于1888年,是世界最早在大学中进行护理教育的国家之一。随着经济时代的快速发展,中国的护理教育和实践也要随世界的变化而变化。文章分析了我国护理教育的现状与改革方向,明确提出生物学和行为学的基本诊疗知识应与临床实践相互结合,并着重强调我国的护理教育要进行深入、切实的改革,确保护理教育内容涵盖人的生理、心理、社会、精神、环境等诸方面的健康需求,护士的角色也相应地从护理的实施者拓展为护理的教育者、咨询者以及健康生活方式的倡导者。China is one of the world earliest countries where nursing education was conducted in higher education. As early as in 1888, China started her nursing education. With the rapid development of global economy, with the change of the world China nursing education should change. This paper presents a discussion of current situation of China nursing education as well as its reform orientation, and attention is paid to the interactive combination of treatment know-how and clinical practice of biology and behavioral science, and emphasis is laid on the discussion of deep and down-to-earth reform of China nursing education, so as to promote its development and ensure that the contents of nursing education cover the learners' healthy demand on biography, psychology, society, spirit and environment, and etc. Nurses have made their role transformation from nursing practitioners toward the educators, consultants, and advocators for a healthy way of life.
