摘  要:利用"阶梯阻抗"变换设计了一种小型化微带天线,采用在LaAlO3,基片上外延生长的YBa2Cu3O7-δ(YBCO)薄膜制作成功小型化高温超导微带天线,其效率是相同结构金天线的9.19倍.建立了一套高温超导无线自动测试系统,进行了深入的实验研究,获得了大量有意义的实验结果,积累了一些工程经验,实验表明,该系统完全满足超导天线测试的特定要求,研制的超导天线测试座已获国家发明专利.This paper presents a miniaturized'stepped impedance' patch microstrip antenna,the investigated High Temperature Superconductor(HTS) microstrip antenna was fabricted from YBa2Cu3O7-δ(YBCO) thin film exiptaxially grown on LaAlO3 substrate,the radiation efficiency of HTS antenna is 9. 19 times of the Au antenna for comparsion.A automatic measurement system for HTS antenna was constructed ,thorough experiment study was made,a lot of significance experimental datas were obtained and engineering experience was gained, it is shown that this automatic measurement system satisfies the special requirements of HTS antenna measurement very well. A invention patent was got for HTS antenna measurement apparatus.
