W型火焰锅炉在山西省的应用及存在问题的探讨

摘　　要：在分析W型火焰锅炉特点的基础上,针对山西省阳光发电有限责任公司和阳城国际发电有限责任公司的W型火焰锅炉运行中出现的燃烧不稳定、飞灰可燃物含量高等问题进行了分析和研究。阳光发电有限责任公司W型火焰锅炉燃烧调整表明,对各风门挡板、乏气挡板及消旋叶片进行调整,可以使锅炉运行状况得到明显改善。针对阳城国际发电有限责任公司的特殊情况,提出了改造燃烧器、提高一次风粉初速、一次风粉初温等建议以改善燃烧。W-shaped boiler characteristics are analyzed and some problems in Yangguang Power Generating Co. Ltd and Yangcheng International Power Generating Co. Ltd. are studied. The main problems are instable combustion and high fly-ash carbon content, etc. By registing combustion regulation manners in Yangguang Power Generating Co. Ltd, the boiler runs better than previous period. On the basis of the special situation of the corporation, the retrofit notion and suggestion, such as replacing the burner, increasing the primary velocity and temperature are provided.
